Accomodation
The Max Planck Society Conference Center Ringberg Castle has rooms for 45 persons, some of them are double rooms, but can only be occupied by a single person during covid-19. The lecture hall allows for about 32 participants.
The total costs will be around 600 Euros for the full week for participants staying at the castle including breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Accommodation at Ringberg will be organized by the LOC. The only accommodation participants may have to organize on their own is if someone has no flight arriving Monday morning allowing to reach the shuttle to Ringberg leaving the airiport at 11 am. In this case, accommodation for one night (Sunday to Monday) in Munich must be organized by the participant. There are two hotels at Munich airport (Kempinski Hotel Airport, Novotel Munich Airport). The equivalent is true for Friday afternoon, i.e., if one does not have a flight back home with a check-in time after 3 pm on this day. In this case, participants must organize accommodation for another night, Friday-Saturday.
There is no registration fee.
