Accomodation
The conference will be held at the Ringberg Castle. The accommodation will be booked for all participants. Check-in at the castle will be possible starting from 8am on Monday 24 February, while conference registration is anticipated to be possible starting from ~11am. We kindly ask to pay for your stay directly on site at the end of the workshop. Euro-, Master- and Visacard are accepted, although EC-Card and cash are preferred. The room fares for 2025 are available on the Castle website. Due to the limited room availability at Ringberg, students and postdocs will likely have to share rooms.
If you have any dietary requirements, please let the LOC know as soon as possible
Accommodation at Ringberg will be organized by the LOC. The only accommodation participants may have to organize on their own is if an extra night before or after the conference is required.
There is no registration fee.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the Ringberg Castle will charge a % of your reservation depending on when the cancellation is requested. In the event of room cancellation from the fourth to the third month before the start of the event, 50 % of the reservation will be charged. From the third month to two weeks before the start of the event, the amount is 75% of the agreed price. From two weeks before the start of the event, the reservation will not be reimbursed.
