From Frankfurt Airport, you have the options:
- The door-to-door shuttle bus »TLS«
(www.tls-heidelberg.de)
is the most convenient way to reach Heidelberg. A driver will be waiting for you at
the »Meeting Point« in your arrival terminal and take you
to your hotel (or pick you up at your hotel and bring you directly to
your departure terminal). Reservations are required and need to be made no later
than two days prior to your departure. To make reservations,

- By train:Take the train to Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof
(via Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof or directly from the airport -
see German Railway Time Tables).
Depending on the type of train you take (for example IC), you might have to pay a
supplement (»Zuschlag«, up to 5 Euro each way) if it is not included
in your ticket.
- By Bus:
A Lufthansa Bus
runs on an hourly basis from the Frankfurt airport to the
Hotel Crowne Plaza
in Heidelberg. The bus takes approximately one hour.
- Take the S-Bahn from the airport to Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof. The ride takes approximately 20 minutes. From Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof, take a train to Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (- see German Railway Time Tables). Depending on the type of train you take (for example IC) you might have to pay a supplement (»Zuschlag«, up to 5 Euro), if it is not included in your ticket.
By TrainComfortable, fast, safe and environmentally friendly, Heidelberg is linked with high speed inter-city trains, which bring you right into the city centre. Bus or Taxi connections ensure that you will reach the Convention Center (Kongresshaus Stadthalle) within 20 minutes of your arrival at Heidelbergs main railway station, the Hauptbahnhof.
Local Bus Service:
From Heidelbergs main railway station, the Hauptbahnhof, Bus number 41, brings you directly to the Convention Center (Kongresshaus Stadthalle). Buses run from 05.30 a.m. to 24.00 hrs. at regular 10 minute intervals, with a journey time of approximately 20 minutes.

By CarDrive along the Autobahn A5/A656 (Darmstadt-Karlsruhe/Basel) and take the exit "Autobahnkreuz Heidelberg" or Heidelberg-Schwetzingen". Follow the signs to Heidelberg. As you approach the town, you will find signposts clearly directing the way to the "Kongresshaus Stadthalle" (Heidelberg Convention Centre). Once you have reached the "Kongresshaus Stadthalle", there is ample underground car parking space for both exhibitors and visitors, located right next to the Convention Centre. Simply follow the signs marked P8/P6 which will guide you to the appropriate car parking areas.
