- Mid-November, 2020: program with talk contributions should be fixed
- November 30, 2020: deadline for general participation
- 1st-3rd December 2020: virtual workshop
- Beginning of 2021: preparation of "real" in-person workshop
- 4th-7th May 2021: "real" in-person workshop
