Venue
The conference will be held at the Haus der Astronomie (Dec. 4-7) and the Max Planck Institute for Astronomy (Nov. 10), and the address for both locations is Königstuhl 17, 69117 Heidelberg
We have arranged for a bus to take participants to/from the conference venue. The bus will depart every morning at 8:30 from one of the bus parking stops behind the Crown Plaza Hotel at here, and take you back to town at the same location in the evening. The schedule of the bus is shown below:
We will have our conference dinner on Wednesday evening at Urban Kitchen downtown.
Travel to Heidelberg
If you are traveling by air, the closest international airport is Frankfurt (FRA). Instructions for traveling from Frankfurt airport to Heidelberg are provided here.
