Who was Ernst Patzer?
Ernst Patzer was a philosopher deeply believing in a universal philosophy covering all fields of human knowledge. He was a personality with vast knowledge, an outstanding memory and extreme logical-systematic talents. At the time of his academic carrier, education was not promoted by the government and university fees had to be paid even by poor students. His love for the knowledge thus lead him to leave his money as a funding for promoting scientific research by young students
