High accretion rates in a high-mass star-forming cluster

In analyzing high-resolution ALMA images toward the high-mass cluster forming region SgrB2(N), we identified high mass infall rates of 0.16 M_sun/yr through a number of filaments. The luminosity associated with cores in the cluster indicate that about 50% of the mass accretes as gas, while 50% has already been converted into stars.
