• set /rm to delete all old reduced data (i.e. cal- and sci- data!)

filelist_exists_allready: (yes, already with two 'l'): don't bring up Gorgonzola, use existing filelist.

reduce_nights,maindir=maindir,cal=cal,sci=sci,mia_maskwidth=mia_maskwidth,
                  make_file_lists=make_file_lists,rm=rm,all=all,                  ews_mask_file=ews_mask_file,smooth=smooth,gsmooth=gsmooth,dave=dave

• set /cal and /sci to reduce calibrator and science observations respectively
• set /rm to delete all old reduced data
• set smooth, gsmooth, dave, ews_mask_file only if you do EWS data reduction

If RRT should crash at some point, you have to cd into the directory containing rrt.pro before restarting any RRT command.
