We present preliminary results of a spectral survey of the region of massive star formation DR21(OH) in the range of frequencies 84-115 GHz, performed at the Onsala Space Observatory. Lines of 78 molecular species were detected or marginally detected. Rotational temperatures for most of molecules fall in the range 10-40 K. CH3CN emission does not show any evidence of the existence of hot cores. However, lines of CH3OH and SO2, emitted from high-lying levels (several hundred Kelvins) were derected. Thus, there are hot regions, which are probably were compact and related to bipolar outflows. One of the most interesting results is the tentative detection of several species, such as AlF or NaOH, observed so far only in the envelopes of late-type stars, and CF+, recently detected toward the Orion Bar.
