Massive Star Formation: Recent Observational Results

| Recent radio, IR and X-ray observations of massive star formation regions have revealed some astonishing new results that have important implications for massive star formation and their earliest phases of evolution. I will review some of these and try to show how they relate to massive star formation and their subsequent evolution. I will especially discuss some new insights on the impact of massive star formation on their local environments. | |
