We have reserved ~50 rooms in five different hotels in Heidelberg, please mention the code WORKSHOP@MPIA when booking. We will also provide transportation in the morning and in the afternoon to and from the conference site. The pick up place is represented by the blue bus on the map. The conference week will coincide with a German public holiday on Thursday, May the 17th (Christi Himmelfahrt); we then recommend to book hotels asap.
