Topics: electromagnetic spectrum from radio to submm wavelengths, instrumentation (bolometers, heterodyne istruments),
             telescopes (single-dishs and interferometers), scientific applications, e.g., free-free-emission, synchrotron emission,
             dust emission, CMB, molecular and atomic lines as tracers of physical/chemical processes and kinematics
