... with an IDL routine results in effective optical constants using simple mixing rules for
two-component mixtures.
Defaults: Bruggeman mixing rule, filling factor 0.1 for a material with refractive index
m = n + ki = 1.7 + 0.1i in vacuum (mv = 1.0 + 0.0i).
You may select one or more mixing rule and/or put in a spectral function:
Bruggeman Maxwell Garnett Looyenga Monecke
PCA/CCA aggregate equivalent Hollow sphere equivalent

Specify the refractive indices for the first and second component ...

... and the filling factor for the first component.
