Frequency dependent opacity in the dust-free inner region of a circumstellar disk
Mykola Malygin Max-Planck-Institute for Astronomy, Heidelberg, Germany
Gray dust opacity approach was shown to be insufficient for hydrodynamics simulations of optically thick disks (R.Kuiper et al. 2010). Frequency dependent radiation transport is therefore strongly need to be involved into appropriate simulations. Holding this paradigm, we perform a robust gas opacity treatment for the innermost dust-free regions of a circumstellar disk.
