Massive Star Formation: Major Questions and Potential Answers

| This review about massive star formation will be based on a few major unsolved questions, for example: What are the physical conditions at the onset of massive star formation? How do rotation, infall and disks behave in massive star formation? How do massive clumps fragment? I will present the current status of research tackling these questions and outline future directions. The review will be observationally biased but always be embedded in the theoretical framework of the problems. | |
